Flat-Pack Container Home

The Flat-Pack Container Home is the fastest, most logistically efficient prefab housing solution we offer. Six units ship in the space of one traditional container. On site, a 4-person crew assembles a complete home — insulated, wired, plumbed and finished — in 2 to 3 days. Ideal for worker accommodation, remote sites, emergency response and rapid-deployment hospitality.

Professional guidance before you commit.

Our team reviews your land, intended use, delivery route, utilities and long-term expansion plan before recommending a final specification. That keeps the quotation accurate and prevents expensive site surprises.

Buyer note 1

Plan clusters around shared utilities to reduce infrastructure cost.

Buyer note 2

For long projects, include shaded walkways and laundry/service units.

Buyer note 3

Large camps should be phased so accommodation opens while later units continue assembling.

In depth

A closer look at the engineering.

Everything you need to evaluate the flat-pack container home — from materials and structure to lifecycle and use.

01

Why flat-pack changes the economics

Traditional shipping-container homes have a fundamental logistics problem — you pay to ship a giant empty box. A 40ft container costs the same to freight whether it contains a house or a single bicycle.

Our flat-pack system packs six complete homes into the volume of one assembled unit. The freight, customs, port handling and inland transport costs drop by roughly 80% per home, and you get a better-finished, properly insulated product when it lands.

  • 6 flat-pack homes per 40ft container
  • Reduced freight, port handling and inland transport cost
  • No oversize-load permits required
  • Stack and stage units on tight sites
02

Deploy anywhere, fast

From mining camps in the interior to emergency response in storm-hit coastal communities, flat-pack containers go where conventional construction can't. A small crew with hand tools and a forklift can erect a full home in 48 hours.

Units arrive with walls, roof, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, insulation and finishes inside the flat pack. Open it, follow the engineered drawings, and you have a habitable, code-compliant structure by the end of the week.

03

Scale from one to a thousand

Need a single guard house? We ship one. Need 200 worker units for an oil & gas camp? We ship them stacked, palletised and sequenced for site assembly. The product, the engineering and the warranty are identical at any scale.

See all FAQs
How many people are needed to assemble?

A 3–4 person crew can erect a 20ft unit in roughly 2 days. A 40ft unit takes 3 days. No specialised equipment is required beyond basic hand tools and a small crane or forklift.

Can multiple units be joined?

Yes — units stack up to three storeys and join side-by-side. We provide engineered connection plates and sealed junction details.

Is plumbing pre-installed?

Yes. All units arrive pre-plumbed to a single connection point for water in and waste out. Final hook-up to mains or septic is done on site.

What climate is it suitable for?

Our flat-pack units are engineered for tropical and sub-tropical climates with full insulation and corrosion-protected steel.

Can I see one before ordering?

Yes — we maintain show units in Georgetown. Book a viewing via our Contact page.
